19-Stage Lifecycle

From First Call to Continuous Optimization

We don't hand off between design, installation, and maintenance teams. One engineering-led process, start to finish — and beyond.

Quality Control Gates

4-Stage Inspection & Commissioning Protocol

Every project undergoes non-negotiable engineering verification before handing over to facility managers:

Gate 1: Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
Pre-dispatch inspection at OEM factory (Schneider/ABB/Daikin) for switchgear panels, chillers, and transformers before site delivery.
Gate 2: Site Arrival Quality Verification
Material inspection against approved engineering BOQ for wire gauges, copper purity, IP enclosure ratings, and shipping damage.
Gate 3: In-Process Pressure & Insulation Testing
Nitrogen pressure hold tests for HVAC piping, megger insulation resistance testing for electrical cables, and hydro-testing for fire hydrants.
Gate 4: Site Acceptance Testing (SAT)
Full thermal and electrical load testing, VFD harmonic measurements, cleanroom HEPA filter integrity scanning, and emergency trip simulation.
